1 can sweet potatoes, mashed and drained
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs 1/4 cup milk
Topping:
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans
1 /3 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, milk, sugar, eggs and add to mashed potatoes. Mix well pour into crust.
Mix topping ingredients and pour over the potatoes and bake 40 mins at 350º
