Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. sugar
1 T cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
dash nutmeg
dash salt
1/4 c. water
2 to 3 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In microwave safe dish (I use glass pie plate) Mix sugar, spices & salt. Stir in water ( just enough to make mixture consistency of peanut butter . . . the more water you add, the longer it has to cook). Cook on high in microwave for 2 minutes or until mixture comes to a “rolling” boil. Sugar should be completely dissolved. Add pecans. Continue cooking on high, checking every 30 seconds or so until mixture begins to cling to nuts. Place on waxed paper to cool, separating into individual nuts. Store in airtight container.
