1 1/3 c or 1 can of Eagle Brand condensed milk
juice of two lemons
2 egg yolks
1/2 T. grated lemon rind, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Stir egg yolks unto milk and add lemon juice and rind. Pour into pie crust cover with meringue and brown in oven.
