1/2 cup rock salt
1 cup tender quick
1 gallon water

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate turkey or chicken in mixture for 24 hours. Wrap in heavy foil and bake 12-18 hours at 200.

Mom bakes it in about 9 hours at a higher temp, 250-300.
