1 lb. loaf French Bread cut diagonally into 1" pieces
8 Eggs
2 c. Milk
1 1/2 c. Half & Half
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
3/4 c. Butter
1 1/3 c. Brown Sugar
3 T. Light Corn Syrup

Butter 9 X13 baking dish and arrange bread in the bottom. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, half & half, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread slices, cover and refrigerate over night.
In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Heat until bubbling. Pour over bread and egg mixture.
Bake at 350º, uncovered, for 40 minutes.

You can lighten this up with Fat Free Half & Half and margarine - but why bother? We usually have this on Christmas morning - I even take it with me when we holiday in Indiana.
