1/2 pkg pecan sandies cookies
2 pkg. .instant lemon pudding
12 oz. tub of Cool Whip

1/2 pkg pecan sandies cookies
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
12 oz. tub of Cool Whip
Crush cookies and sprinkle evenly in the bottom of an 9x13 inch pan. There is no need to bake.
Prepare pudding and spread on top of the cookie layer. Refrigerate.
When pudding is set, add a layer of Cool Whip. You can crush a few of the leftover cookies on top of the Cool Whip as a garnish, if desired.

Try other combinations also, such as Oreo cookies and chocolate pudding! Nut crusts, such as Macadamia or Pistachio nuts are nice to use with tropical flavors such as pineapple, coconut or pistachio puddings
