Butter or Margarine
1/2 c. chopped Green Pepper
1/2 c. chopped Onion
1 20 oz. can Pineapple Tidbits in syrup
2 T. Cornstarch
4 T. Catsup
4 T. Vinegar
4 tsp. Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green peppers and onion in butter until translucent. Add syrup from pineapple tidbits. Stir in mixture of cornstarch, catsup vinegar and soy sauce. Cook until clear. Add tidbits and heat through.

I have used this recipe with stir-fried pork over rice. It is delicious.
