10 oz frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c butter
4 T flour
3 eggs
pepper
10 oz. cottage cheese
1/4 c. monterey jack cheese
1/2 c cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain spinach. Melt butter and flour together, then remove from heat. Beat in eggs, dash pepper and all the cheeses. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
