4 c. squash
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 T margarine
5 oz. condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans (chopped)
9 oz. flour
5 T margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix squash, sugar, 5 T margarine, canned milk, vanilla and eggs and put in a casserole dish. In separate bowl, mix brown sugar, pecans, flour and 5 T margarine together for the topping.

Bake 35 minutes at 350.
You can make it with butternut squash instead and add cinnamon for extra flavor. I make 4x the recipe for special occasions.
