2 cups macaroni, NOT COOKED
1 stick butter
1/2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 cups milk
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Spread the macaroni evenly on the bottom. Layer the cheeses and add the milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
