1 c. Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1 c. Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Use a large mixing bowl and cream together the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, baking soda and vanilla.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon by the tablespoon onto parchment paper-lined cookie sheets.
Bake @ 350º for 10-12 minutes (a little longer if you want crispy cookies)
