2.25 lb. Tortellini pasta, tri colored
½ lb. Bacon, cut in ½ “ strips
1 cup Craisins
2 cups Broccoli Florets (blanched)
1 cup Almond slivers, dry toasted
1.5 cups Poppy seed dressing

Directions:
Directions:
1)Heat a large saucepan with water and season aggressively with salt. Bring to a boil.
2)While water is coming to a boil, cook cut bacon crispy and set aside.
3)Blanch broccoli and shock in ice water, then return water to a boil.
4)Add pasta and reduce heat to cook through without boiling.
5)Strain pasta and toss with bacon, raisins, toasted almonds, and poppy seed dressing and spread onto a sheet pan to cool.
6)Once pasta is cool, fold in broccoli and chill salad.
