Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages Lobster stuffed Ravioli (CostCO)
Buitoni Alfredo Sauce (10 oz.)
1/4 cup milk
Peeled Garlic
Shredded Parmigiano
Shredded Reggiano
2 Oranges
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Chop one cup peeled Garlic (I used my "chopper" until it wouldn't chop anymore smaller) Put Garlic in small sauce pot.

Add 2 cups (or a little less if you'd like) of the Olive Oil to the small sauce pot with Garlic.

Cut Orange in 1/2 and squeeze juice from both 1/2's in small sauce pot.

Cover small sauce pot and turn on low (I slow cooked it for approx. 2 hours, you can turn it up to medium to cook Garlic through quicker)

After Garlic is cooked through in Olive Oil mixture, fill a large pot 3/4 full of water and turn on high to boil. Take 2 tablespoons of the Olive Oil and Garlic mixture from small pot and add to the large pot. Once boiling, turn large pot down to a Medium High and add 2 packages of Lobster Noodles to Large pot and boil as package directs. (My noodles were frozen so it takes 2 extra minutes to cook for a total of 7 minutes)

Add whole container (10 oz.) of Alredo sauce to Olive Oil and Garlic mixture. Stir with whisk slowly while adding.

Add 1/4 cup milk (I used 2% but any kind will do)
Stir with whisk slowly while adding.

Add two tablespoons of Parsley to mixture. Stir with whisk slowly while adding.

Cut other orange in 1/2 and squeeze both 1/2's in mixture.

Drain Noodles

Pour 1/2 of Mixture (Sauce) over noodles and blend.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheeses over top

Put other 1/2 of Mixture in gravy boat. (Some like it saucy and some not so much)

Offer shredded cheese on side as well.

Serve and Enjoy. :)~

Personal Notes:
Although I slow cooked the Olive Oil and Garlic mixture this meal really only takes a total of 15-20 minutes to prepare including boiling time.

We enjoyed a salad and bread with this. The bread dipped nicely in the sauce as well :)~

You could use a cheese stuffed ravioli if seafood is not desired.
