12 to 16 frozen white rolls dough (still frozen)
1 (3.4 oz) pkg cook and serve vanilla pudding
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup cranraisins
1 orange rind, grated
½ cup butter, melted

Frosting
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

Directions:

Sprinkle cranberries in bottom of a greased Bundt pan.

Arrange rolls evenly in pan.

Mix sugar and dry pudding together and pour the whole mixture over the rolls.

Combine orange rind with melted butter and spoon over rolls.

Cover pan with plastic wrap.

Place in a cold over overnight (8 to 10 hours). Remove rolls from oven.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove plastic wrap from pan and bake 25 minutes.

Immediately invert onto a serving platter. Cool slightly and drizzle with frosting.

I can't tell you how many brunches and Christmas mornings I've made this for. I love that I can prep the night before and all I have to do the next day is bake and look great.

There is a variation where you substitute butterscotch pudding and pecans to make a sticky bun option that is to die for as well.
