10 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. Ghiradelli or Guittard chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and peanut butter together. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix until blended. Shape into small balls. Cover and refrigerate for two hours or until peanut butter balls are hardened.
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over very low heat. (To avoid chocolate bloom, temper the chocolate.) Dip chilled bonbons into chocolate. Place on waxed paper and let set or chill until set.
