5 oz soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup bourbon
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over protein and marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight, turning at least once.
