1 1/2 c crushed chocolate cream filled cookies or graham crackers
2 tbsp butter melted

2/3 c butter softened
1 c sugar
2 oz unsweetened chocolate melted
1/3 c chocolate chips melted
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp vanilla

In a medium bowl toss crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly over bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Cool. Pour filling into shell. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Before serving. top with swirls of whipped cream.

Filling: In a large mixer bowl bream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after eat addition. Add chocolate and vanilla. Beat well.
