18 ripe tomatoes
4 large onions
2 red hot peppers
6 sweet green peppers
2 cups vinegar
2 Tbsp salt
cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put onions and seeded peppers through medium food chopper.
Skin tomatoes and cut up to fine size.
Combine remaining ingredients and cook 30 minutes.
Scald jars, rubbers and lids.
Place in pint jars and screw on tops. Triple recipe for 17 pints.
