1 14oz pkg caramels
2 T butter
2 T water
1 tsp vanilla
3 c chopped pecans
1 pkg chocolate chips
2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels, butter, and water on low heat. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans. Drop from a spoon onto wax paper sprayed with pam and let cool. Melt chocolate and oil on low heat. Dip pieces of candy in chocolate and let set.
