Mexican Stuffed Shells Recipe

1 pound ground beef
Black olives (optional)
1 can of kernel corn
1 small jar of salsa
1 box of shell pasta (jumbo stuffed shells)
Shredded cheese (your choice of flavor)
Sour cream
Chives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions, keeping slightly al dente because you will be baking them later.

Brown ground beef and drain.
Pour 3/4 of the salsa, corn and olives into the ground beef mixture and heat through.
Once pasta is cooled, add meat mixture to shells.
Pour remaining salsa and cheese over top of shells.
Bake in oven at 350 until heated through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and chives.
Feel free to add other ingredients (peppers, garlic, black beans, etc.) into the meat mixture. Could also top with guacamole.
