1 pkg. brownie mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 T. instant coffee
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Follow pkg. directions for cake-type brownies using 2 eggs. Add nuts. Spoon batter into 2 greased 9" cake pans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool. Whip cream until it begins to thicken. Gradually add sugar and coffee beating until spreading consistency. Spread between layers and swirl on top and sides. Decorate with grated chocolate and chill overnight. Serves 8 - 10,
