9 egg whites
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. vinegar
1 1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until slightly stiff. Beat in sugar gradually. Add vinegar and vanilla. Beat on high speed for 15 minutes. Spoon onto cookie sheet which is covered with inside of brown bag. Bake at 225 for one hour. Then turn oven off and open the oven door for a few minutes. Then turn oven back on and cook one hour more at same setting. Turn oven off and leave meringues in oven overnight. Makes 30 - 36 small meringues.
