passion fruit
3 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sweeten fruit with sugar; heat. Slowly add fruit to slightly beaten egg yolks; mix slowly. Pour mixture into saucepan and cook on very low setting stirring constantly. Chill mixture, whip cream and fold into fruit mixture. To serve place sliced kiwi around edges of sherbet glasses and spoon mousse into glasses. Top with sweetened whipped cream if desired.
