2 cans of artichokes hearts, quartered and drained
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 can of hot green chili, drained
1 can pimentos, drained
garlic powder, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Squeeze drained artichoke hearts with your hands to get rid of the excess water.
In a food processor, chop the artichoke hearts.
In a mixing bowl, add artichoke hearts and all ingredients ; blend well with spatula.
Add mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, until sides bubble (and top is crusty).
Serve with your favorite crackers or bread.
