• 1 tsp corn oil
• 2 onions
• 3 jalapeños
• 6 garlic cloves
• ½ cup light brown sugar
• ½ cup cider vinegar
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• ½ cup strong coffee
• 2 Tbsp chili powder
• 2 cups ketchup
• 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, jalapeños, and garlic in corn oil until lightly caramelized. Whisk in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Strain.
