1/2 lb. bacon
2 eggs
1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion (if desired)
1/4 cup soy sauce
Minute Rice (2 cups per 1 cup water or 3 1/2 cups per 2 cups water)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up bacon and crisp fry it. Push to side in frying pan; drain fat, leaving about 3 tbsp. in pan. Cook onion in bacon fat. Push to side with bacon. Break eggs into frying pan, scrambling into small pieces in fat. Mix with bacon and onions. Add soy sauce and cooked rice.
