3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream

Filling:
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Grease tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt alternately with sour cream. Spread 1/3 batter in pans and sprinkle with filling. Repeat. For loaf pans, spread 1/4 batter in each pan, then 1/4 filling, repeat. Bake for 60 minutes. Cool slightly before removing.
