6 Boiled Crabs
1 1/2 lbs. Peeled Raw Shrimp
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
3 lbs. flour
1/2 Stick Butter
6 c. Water
2 c. Rice
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil crabs 20 min
Peel Shrimp
Dice onions, bell peppers, and garlic
Drain crabs, peel them then put aside
In pot put butter and flour, stir until light brown
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic
Add cayenne pepper
Add water slowly
Bring to a hard boil
Add shrimp and crab meat also claws
Cook 40 min on medium heat
Serve with rice
