3 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken breasts
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 - 10oz. can diced tomatoes & green chile's
(undrained)
1/2 c. tortilla chips, crushed
1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1/4 c. diced, peeled avocado
4 lime wedges

Heat kettle over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add garlic; saute' 1 minute. Add broth, chicken, water, chili powder, can of tomatoes & green chile's, and cumin. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes. Ladle soup into each of 4 bowls; top each with 2 Tbsp. chips, 1 Tbsp. cheese, 1 Tbsp. cilantro, and 1 Tbsp. avocado. Serve with lime wedges.
