1 lb. chicken breasts (diced)
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
1 can pineapple tidbits (reserve juice for sweet & sour sauce)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Brown the chicken breasts, add the pepper and onion and brown for a few minutes (or until vegetables are tender but still crispy). Add the pineapple tidbits (set the juice aside for the sweet & sour sauce). Keep warm until ready to serve.

For the sauce mix the dry ingredients together first (brown sugar, salt, and corn starch), then add the wet ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, and pineapple juice).

Serve the meat and vegetables over rice and top with the sweet and sour sauce and serve. Enjoy!

If you prefer a RED sweet and sour sauce mix together the following:

1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. corn starch
