1 1/2 pounds beef stew, 8 oz tomato sauce, 1 sm onion, 2 tsp dry mustard, 1/4 cup burgundy wine, season with salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything but beef together. In shallow baking tin - line with tinfoil so that juice won't leak through. Spread beef in pan and pour sauce evenly over beef. Cover top securely with foil and cook at 350º for 1 hour. Take foil off tope and cook for 1/2 hour more. If you prefer you can thicken juice.
