2 unbaked pie shells
1 med. size sweet potato
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice the potato as thin as possible. Put in pie shell. Add sugar and dot with butter. Add top crust. Make slashes and sprinkle a little sugar on; dot with a little butter. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately pour in the cream, to which you have added the vanilla.
