Ingredients:  
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley and seasoning. Press firmly into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Frost with potatoes top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake 10 minutes more or until done. Garnish with cooked bacon if desired. Makes one 9 inch meat pie.
