2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 package cream cheese
curry powder
1 jar Major Grey's Mango Chutney
1 1/2 to 2 cups chopped and toasted pecans
2 or more cups of shredded coconut
1 to 2 cups golden raisins
6 to 8 scallions chopped
red and yellow apples
rice crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor blend until spreadable first three ingredients. Use curry to taste.
Spread mixture on a large plate to about 1/2 inch thick.
Next spread chutney on cheese and layer the rest, ending with the scallions.
Serve with the apples and crackers.
To change it up a bit use, pomegranates instead of raisins.
