2 cups warm water, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp active yeast, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 6 cups bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl; dissolve the sugar in warm water; then stir in the yeast. Allow to proof until yeast resembles a creamy for\am. Mix oil,salt into yeast. Mix flour 1 cup at a time. Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth. Place in well oiled bowl, turn dough to coat. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour. Punch dough down,knead for a few minutes. Divide into 2 sections and form into 2 loaves. Put in well oiled loaf pans. Let rise for 30 minutes or until dough is above the loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Brush with melted butter when done.
