1 can Rotel original
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small onion chopped
5 jalapeno slices
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Chop the onion kind of large so when blended you still have nice size pieces. Add more jalapeno if you really like it hot. Blend all ingredients together. Don't blend too long so you can have chunks to scoop up with your corn chips!
