Ingredients: 1 to 1½ lbs. hamburger 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 box Kraft mac n cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 (16 oz.) jar of salsa 2 c. shredded Mexican blend cheese

Directions: |
Directions:Brown meat, drain and add taco seasoning according to directions. Add ½ (8oz) of salsa. Set aside. Cook mac 'n' cheese by directions on box. Drain and place macaroni back in pot adding the cheese packet from the box, then add 8 oz. sour cream and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir until blended.
Now in a casserole dish, either round or rectangular, place ½ of the mac 'n' cheese mixture then all of the taco mixture and top with the rest of the mac 'n' cheese. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and place the remaining 8oz. of salsa and the remaining cheese on top . Bake uncovered until cheese is melted.. Enjoy!! |
