1 1/4 C butter flavored Crisco
1 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 C. Extra Chunky Peanut Butter
4 1/2 C. oats (Old fashioned Oats, not instant)
2 tsp baking soda
1 C. Chocolate Chips
1 C. Butterscotch Chips
1 C. Chopped Walnuts

Directions:

Cream shortening and sugars, beat in eggs. Add all other ingredients and drop by rounded tablespoons full onto cookie sheet.

350 for 10 minutes or so
