2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 C. blue cheese
1 C. milk
2 10 oz pkgs chopped Broccoli
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat, add flour stirring until mixed. Add milk, cream cheese, blue cheese and cook over medium heat until cheeses are melted and sauce has thickened. Add cooked broccoli and put in casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and bake at 350 until bubbly.
