1 9" baked pie shell
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 C. sugar
1 C. water
1 quart fresh strawberries
1 pks (3 oz) Strawberry flavored Jello
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch with sugar and add water. Cook until thick and cool slightly. Stir in gelatin until disolved. Cover bottom of pie shell with strawberries............ Pour gelatin mixture over the strawberries. Chill and top with whipped cream.
