1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. white sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg white and water until frothy. Put in large ziploc bag. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon in a different large ziploc bag.
Shake pecans in egg white ziploc then shake in sug/cinn ziploc. Spread on greased baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
