3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 C. cocoa
2 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
1 C. Vegetable Oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
2 C. water


5 Tbs flour
1 C. Milk
1/2 C shortening
1/2 C. butter
1 C. sugar

For cake, mix everything and bake in 13 x 9" pan for 35 minutes or so at 350

For frosting, Mix the milk and flour together and cook over low heat until thick - cool completely.
Beat shortening, butter and sugar together until creamy and add to cooled pudding mixture. Add vanilla and frost the cake.
