26 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 pkg. Nabisco chocolate wafers
1 pint coconut sorbet
1 sm. pkg. Macadamia nuts
1T. shortening
1 pkg. shaved coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1: Melt 26 oz. semi-sweet chocolate in double boiler. Add 1 T. shortening. Cool down before dipping bon bons.

2: Place chocolate wafers on rack over cookie pan lined with parchment paper.

3: Sprinkle coconut on wafer.

4: Scoop coconut sorbet on each wafer.

5: Place 1 Macadamia nut on top of sorbet and press down, Freeze bon bons for 20 minutes.

6: Drizzle cooled, melted chocolate over bon bons and freeze 30 minutes to 8 hours.
