1/2 pound or 1 pound ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper
chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredeients, meat, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and onion in a large bowl
Shape meatballs by hand (you can also use a small ice cream scoop)
Arrange meatballs on a nonstick saucepan add tomato sauce and cook through to the inside
Simmer in sauce for 15 to 20 mintues
