1 cup uncooked noodles
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fill saucepan with water till have full until boiling
Add noodles to water, boil uncovered for 8-10 minutes, stirring often
While noodles are cooking, put butter in another saucepan.
Heat on low for about a minute until melted
Add flour, salt, and pepper to butter, stir until mixed
Take saucepan off burner and slowly stir in milk
Return to burner and bring to a boil. Stir constantly for 1 minute
Add cheese and stir until melted
Drain noodles
Mix cheese sauce with noodles
