1 lb chicken chopped
1 can black beans
1 can corn
4 cups chicken broth
1 jar (16 oz) salsa
1 1/2 tsp cumin
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything except rice in the crockpot and cook all day! Add rice about 1 hour before serving. You may want to add more broth and serve with whatever toppings you choose: cheese, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, tortilla chips, etc.
