cup onions, chopped
1 lb. fresh mushrooms (use the variety of your choice)
1 T. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
tsp. salt (regular or seasoned)
1 cup mushroom soup
cup dry vermouth
3 cups Cheddar or other sharp cheese, shredded
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until onions are lightly browned. Stir in dry mustard, savory salt and mushroom soup. Stir in vermouth and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Gently mix in the hard boiled eggs. Heat until hot. For extra goodness add cooked chicken, turkey or seafood.
