2 eggs, well beaten
4 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
3 sliced bananas
1 large (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits
2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
2 or 3 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 large container of Cool Whip

Put beaten eggs in a sauce pan. Add vinegar and sugar. Place on medium heat and cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Remove pan from heat and add butter. Place pan in fridge until mixture is cold. Place contents in a bowl and fold in Cool Whip. Next, fold in fruits, nuts and marshmallows. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
