Lettuce, shredded
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
10 ounces frozen petite peas, defrosted
Salad dressing (mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2
cup Miracle Whip, 2 TBLS. sugar) poured over peas 6 ounces shredded cheese,
1 can sliced water chestnuts
bacon bits
chopped tomatoes

Directions:

In a large clear salad bowl, place in order:
Layer 1: lettuce
Layer 2: celery
Layer 3: green onion
Layer 4: green pepper
Layer 5: peas
Layer 6: Salad Dressing poured over peas
Layer 7: Combine cheese, water chestnuts, bacon bits
and tomatoes.
