1 large onion, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 large celery stalks, cut into pieces
1 box Tam Tam® crackers
handful of crushed cornflakes
¼ lb. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put onions, carrots and celery in a food processor with steel blade and mix. Crush crackers and corn flakes. Then mix in butter, eggs and the vegetable mix. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 rolls, wrap each in foil. Bake at 350⁰ for 1 hour. Cut into slices.
